A copy of the current Want To Sell list is available (on the website) to all persons requesting membership information about Lee Graham. Persons interested in purchasing a membership will contact you through the list. You may also advertise your membership for sale in any manner you choose.
It is the seller's responsibility to determine the price. The person purchasing your membership must pay to Lee Graham a $150 transfer fee to affect an official transfer of the membership. The membership must be activated in the year that the membership is purchased from the seller.

The Board of Directors has approved the following policy regarding sale of memberships.
A membership may be placed on the Want To Sell list at any time by submission of a written request to the corporation accompanied by a $25 fee. This list will be made available to persons inquiring about Lee Graham memberships. A membership on the want to sell list is not obligated to pay dues prior to opening day of the next calendar year. If the membership has not sold by that time, or at any time the board determines that a good faith effort to sell is not being made, the membership will be suspended. See Article VI of the By-Laws of the Lee Graham Corporation.
A membership which was previously on the Want To Sell list may be reinstated by payment of the current years dues. If reinstatement occurs in the same summer season then that seasons dues and fees must be paid.
1. Contact someone on the want to sell list or purchase directly from someone you know selling a membership.
2. Agree on a price.
3. Meet with the seller to pay them and have them sign their certificate over to you.
4. Contact the Corporate Administrator at mgr@lgpool.org about your purchase.
5. If the purchase takes place after March 1, the buyer should send the membership application, old certificate, transfer fee, yearly dues and maintenance fee ($650) within 30 days of purchase to Lee Graham Corporation. If the purchase takes place in the off season (Sept. 15-March 1), the buyer should send only the application, certificate and transfer fee ($150) within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a dues notice in mid-March and pay the dues and maintenance fee by May 1.
